Michelle Obama had White Home butlers ditch their uniforms as a result of she didn’t need her daughters considering that “African American males served them in tuxedos,” she revealed in a Netflix documentary aired Wednesday.

“The reality was that a few of these males have been my uncles. They have been the Pullman porters and the parents – and I didn’t need my daughters to develop up with that picture. So we needed to change the gown code,” the previous first girl mentioned.
Obama, 56, additionally needed to “beg” the White Home housekeepers to not clear Malia and Sasha’s rooms so they’d study to do it themselves.
Her daughters at first resisted making their beds or doing their laundry, she recalled, “In fact, the women have been like: ‘They make your mattress.’ And I used to be like, ‘I’m the First Girl. And I’ve a level.’”
