The house owners of a Missouri restaurant are pleading with individuals on-line to cease harassing their workers after a buyer posted a photograph of their receipt that confirmed she was charged a “Covid 19 surcharge” for a meal.

The tweet went viral, and Twitter customers started hurling insults on the workers of the restaurant for the surcharge, the steakhouse wrote in a Fb submit.
