The FDNY has ordered all EMTs and paramedics to report something that violates New York state’s social-distancing mandate — however some first responders suppose it is a horrible concept.

“There’s no higher technique to make the general public mistrust EMS than to make EMS an arm of regulation enforcement,” one veteran EMS employee informed The Submit, asking that his title not be used.

“You don’t need individuals to not name EMS as a result of they’re afraid that when EMS arrives, they’re going to name the police,” the veteran added.

The edict comes two weeks after Mayor Invoice de Blasio urged all New Yorkers to show of their non-social-distancing neighbors by texting a photograph of violators to 311.

The mayor’s snitch decry led to the tattle-tale-line being flooded with penis images and Hitler memes.
