Final Could, Chris Martin bought a property in Malibu for almost $5.5 million. In response to Selection, the house was inbuilt 1960 and is situated within the Level Dume space.
Describing the house, Selection writes, “… the modestly sized single-story residence sits behind gates on virtually half an acre with three bedrooms and three loos in a bit greater than 1,800 sq. ft. There are radiant-heated quarter-sawn white-oak floorboards, excessive ceilings and premium-grade fittings all through.” Advertising and marketing particulars for the house described it as being designed by a “world-renowned architect,” and wrote that the texture was “relaxed and complex.”
This isn’t the primary time that Martin has taken curiosity within the Level Dume space. In 2014, he and ex-wife Gwenyth Paltrow spent almost $14 million on a 1970s dwelling designed by John Lautner.
