On Thursday, Division of Sanitation employee Julie Raskin and lawyer Matthew Haicken wed with their canine because the ring bearer and NY1 staffers Roger Clark, Annika Pergament and Jamie Stelter as witnesses. “We actually needed to get this proper,” Kiernan stated. “The entire items have been there due to some creativity.”
