Comet SWAN was found by Michael Mattiazzo, an newbie astronomer from Victoria, Australia, who noticed it in early April, in response to the New York Instances.
It was noticed by a spacecraft owned by the Nationwide Aeronautics and Area Administration (NASA) and the European Area Company referred to as the Photo voltaic and Heliospheric Observatory.
