Kimberlee Falkenstine, a 33-year-old Miami resident, was arrested on Sunday by Miami Seashore police after protesting towards COVID-19 orders. Based on the Miami Herald, the police stated that Falkenstine walked onto the sand at South Seashore and refused to depart, sitting down with an indication that learn, “we’re free.”
The outlet obtained the arrest report, which said that Falkenstine left a delegated protest space in Lummus Park and walked previous the indicators and plastic obstacles warning that the seaside is closed.
