A person and three ladies had been hospitalized Wednesday after a tree fell on them in Riverside Park, police mentioned.
The group of native residents, between the ages 48 and 55, was lounging on the grass of the Higher West Aspect park close to West 91st Road round 6:10 p.m. after they had been struck by the falling timber.
Two of the ladies suffered head trauma, whereas a 3rd girl suffered head and arm accidents. The person injured his arm. The entire accidents had been thought-about minor, in response to police.
All 4 had been transported to St. Luke’s Hospital in secure situation.
The Parks Division and ESU had been on the scene to take away the fallen tree.
