Dozens of summonses issued over social-distancing violations in NYC parks

The NYPD dished out dozens of summonses for lax social-distancing in metropolis parks on Saturday as cooped-up New Yorkers emerged from coronavirus quarantine to take in the solar, Commissioner Dermot Shea stated.

“In parks particularly yesterday, we issued 43 summonses,” Shea stated Sunday in a joint press briefing with Mayor Invoice de Blasio.
